Ingredients
- 2 baking potatoes (approx. 200g each)
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
Steps
- 1. Wash and scrub the potatoes then pat dry. Prick them all over with a fork then microwave for 7-10 minutes, until a sharp knife to easily insert into the potato.
- 2. Carefully remove the potatoes onto a plate. Drizzle on a little oil and sprinkle with salt, then rub this into the potato skins.
- 3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 200C (392F) for 20-25 minutes, until crisp on the outside. Serve straight away, loaded with your favorite fillings!
- Note: To batch cook these, allow to cool completely and then store in the fridge for 1-2 days or freeze. Reheat in the air fryer before serving.
